Brown County Hospital is a nonprofit, county owned organization, that is here to provide outstanding affordable medical care that keeps young families in the area, lets seniors retire with peace of mind and makes our community grow stronger.
Built in 1970, the Brown County Hospital serves the north central region of the beautiful sand hills. It is a 25 bed critical access facility. We have a highly trained and caring medical staff. Several visiting specialists provide service at our hospital and region, so that patients are able to stay at home with their loved ones and not required to travel. We are dedicated to providing accessible and affordable healthcare with the level of quality and compassion that the staff would want for their own families.
