Brown County Hospital Radiology offers the following in addition to general x-ray procedures:

• MRI – every Wednesday; time varies

• CT SCAN – not currently available

• Mammography – every other Thursday

• Bone Density – every other Monday

• Nuclear Medicine – every other Tuesday

RADIOLOGY PERSONNEL

Rhani T. Resuello – MT(AMT); Licensed Limited Scope Operator; Performs low, moderate, & high-complexity laboratory testing; Performs general x-ray procedures; FULL TIME

Donna Fletcher – Laboratory Aide: Licensed Limited Scope Operator; Performs low and moderate-complexity laboratory testing and performs general x-ray procedures; FULL-TIME

Deborah Lauer – MT (ASCP); Licensed Limited Scope Operator; Performs low, moderate and high-complexity Laboratory testing; Performs general x-ray procedures; PART-TIME

Maurene Propst – MLT; Performs low, moderate, and high-complexity laboratory testing; Also works in Radiology Department; PART-TIME

We have just recently renovated the Radiology Room for the new Siemens Multix Radiology Machine, which was purchased to upgrade our Radiology department. We are now transmitting by teleradiology to Kearney, NE. where the pictures are read by a Radiologist and results are returned to local physicians.

The Radiology Department recently upgraded its equipment when it bought the top-of-the-line GE AMX4+ Portable X-ray Machine.

The Brown County Hospital Auxiliary donated $10,000.00 toward the purchase of a new portable X-ray machine and $4,000.00 was received from the Brown County Foundation. Representatives from the Auxiliary and the Foundation, and lab staff are pictured  below.
