Students applying for this scholarship must be a former graduate or graduating senior from Ainsworth Community Schools.  The student must be declared in a healthcare field for the 2nd semester at a vocational school, community college, or four-year college to pursue a career in the healthcare field.  The money will be given in the 2nd semester.

The student must submit two letters of recommendation.

Applications that are not legible will not be considered.

Two $250 scholarships will be given plus a named alternate.

The student must submit this application by May 1st, 2013.
